Always reliable service

Another great experience with Hypnia. I've bought a few items over the years, including a Colchón Híbrido Premium and now a couple of Almohada Ergonómica. The pillows arrived in about 4 days to Barcelona, same as my last order. Quality is consistently good, never had an issue.

Mostly happy with my order

I ordered a Somier Tapizado and a Protector de Colchón Impermeable. The somier arrived on time, about 5 days to Valencia, and it was easy enough to assemble. Looks good, seems sturdy. The protector is fine, does its job. My only minor gripe was that the tracking information for the protector wasn't as detailed as for the somier, so it was a bit of a guess when it would actually show up. But everything did arrive eventually and in good condition. Quality is decent for the price I paid.

Smooth process, good mattress

I bought the Colchón Bienestar Superior last month. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, easy to navigate. Delivery took about 6 days to my place in Seville, the guys who delivered it were quick and professional. It came rolled up, which was handy for getting it into the bedroom. Unpacked it and it expanded nicely within a few hours. The mattress itself is firm but comfortable, I'm sleeping much better. I had a question about the 120-night trial and used their online chat; the agent was helpful and answered my query quickly. Overall, a positive experience from start to finish.

Good value for a topper

I was looking for a decent Topper de Memoria de Forma without spending a fortune. Saw the reviews for Hypnia and decided to try. Got it during a sale, saved a decent amount. Shipping was free which helped. It feels good so far, my old mattress is a lot comfier now. Worth the money.
